Neck Plates
Neck plates go on the back of the body to help secure the neck. Although the neck plate is rarely seen by anyone apart from the guitarist, there are still a number of options and designs available. You can choose between etched and plain neck plates.
Control Plates
These are probably more important for the appearance of the guitar. As the name suggests, control plates cover the area around the controls. You can get them plain or with engraved graphics. It’s important to make sure you buy the right control plate for your guitar.
Jack Plates
Jack plates come in a number of different styles depending on the make and model of your guitar. You can buy Les Paul style jack plates for example, or oval jack plates. Again, make sure you buy the right type of plate for your guitar.
